I beg to differ. Tesla died in 43. The experiment was in 43. He worked on the project years prier to the experiment . If i remember correctly, he walked off the project.

Yeah Tesla died in January 1943 and the actual experiment was conducted the following October. I thought you meant was he ACTIVELY involved in it AT THE TIME. Sure some of his theories were put to work on it. I was just being half-assed funny with my first comment about hoping not since he was dead at the time.
 
I just read some on the subject. He supposedly did the calculations and provided the generators. No argument here. He was dead at the time of the actual experiment. Though, i think he realized it was to dangerous and left the experiment. What a great man he was. A reporter once asked Einstein how it felt to be the smartest man in the world. His reply was to ask Tesla.

I have a book on Tesla and have started reading it several times but never seem to get the time to keep at it thru to the end. By the time I get back too it I have to start over again to remember what I had read before. LOL
