Yaesu M1 on Icom 7300 Wiring help

So, I just bought an Icom 7300, still in mail, so don't have it yet. I want to use my Yaesu M1, and other studio mic gear that's all wired for 8 pin Yaesu. I know Icom uses electret mic, and it seems pin 2 is 8volts, but it also seems after looking at mic wiring diagrams on net, that pin 1, the audio pin carries voltage as well. The utube vid I watched states you need to add a capacitor to this wire to use other mics. But, I also have read that in menu of radio, you can switch radio to dynamic mic setting. So, now Im confused a bit. In dynamic setting, do I still need a capacitor? Or, can I make myself a straightforward adapter that will enable me to use Yaesu mics on the Icom radio? Help, please and thank you :)
