bearcat 145 xl help

i have a bearcat 14xl scanner that a friends had....i offered to try to program it for him.. just wondering if anybody on here has had one .. and can give me the programing procedure for it as... the fellow had no manual ... i dont need any freqs... just how to put them in ..

Use the key pad to input a freq. such as 154.95 the E key for "enter". The Wx key to set up the 162 weather band such as 162.45. The rest of the keys are self explanatory.
