Browsing preferences

How can I change my browsing preferences?? Whenever I access a thread, I'm always taken to the last post in the thread. When I try to scroll up to the first post, the ads load, and it scrolls down again. I want to go to the first post anytime I click on a thread. How do I do this???

You can't - it always takes you to your first unread post and there isn't a way to change that behavior that I'm aware of.
