Cracking 800mhz on a BC355C

I got this used, to be a mobile in my wife's van, so it's NOT life or death, BUT...

Is it POSSIBLE to de-scramble the 800mhz on a Uniden BC355C? It receives those frequencies, but you get the "electronic motorboat," because it can't de-scramble them, like my BCT15X's can. Everyone around here is still analog, EXCEPT the City of Pittsburgh Police, so there's plenty of "other" to listen to on the little unit. Pittsburgh PD would be nice too, since we're 4 miles from downtown, and go there often.

Kinda what I figured. Kind of a shame, that you can RECEIVE the frequency, but can't decode it. Oh well - though it was worth an "ask."
