Drake twins- T4xC with R-4C and MS-4 Speaker

I just picked up the drake twins T4xC and the R-4C from the wife of a silent key. The husband passed last year and won a CQ contest with the drakes. Problem is I cant get it to do 11 meters. Is there any thing I can buy to make these classics dip down into 27mhz? Crystals?
