firebird hf amp?

just got a amp in a auction that has the styling of a firebird but a 10-80m bandswitch and runs a pair of 4cx250's.
looks like a nameplate used to be across the bottom of the face due to the glue residue there now.it isnt pretty but i dont see anything that will stop me from fixing it up.
anyone know this amp?

one of the old school cb'ers i know thinks its a firebird "phoenix".
at any rate it looks like a nice unit for boosting qrp rigs like my ft-817's.
