Help with TR-966 (Please HELP)

Hello i own a texes ranger TR-966 dose anyone know were the modulation limiter is, Or a site that explains were it is.

Why would you want to hack a nice radio like the 966 by clipping the limiter? Just turn up VR16.
 
VR16 for AM, VR17 for SSB. Cipping the limiter isn't the best idea in the world...
 
Since there are potentiometers to turn the mod up for AM and SSB I agree that cutting the limiter isn't necessary. Isn't turning the AM Mod pot all the way up basically the same thing?
