IC-P7A and Satellites

Was going through a deceased estate and found a ic p7a.
Any good for working satellites? I see it puts out 1.5 watts vhf and 1 watt uhf.
Is that enough power to get them with a homebrew arrow replica.

Should work on low power. I have worked the birds on good passes with my yaesu ht on low power i just get stepped on allot more.
 
It will work, it will just be a little more work....and that can make things a little more fun :)
