The manual notch button/switch on my 746 Pro has stopped working. No 'click' to be had when pressing and releasing the button.
Before I get too carried away I need some input on the first steps on repairing the issue.
I am thinking it may be a sticky switch (or at least hope it is!) and perhaps some contact cleaner may clear up the problem.
Is it possible to apply contact cleaner from the OUTSIDE of the faceplate along/around the edges of the button without damaging the faceplate or silk screening? If so...what brand cleaner is recommended?
