I have multiple reports of my Icom 706-MKii 'FMing' on all bands on SSB. I bought this radio many years ago via eBay and mostly used it for CW and thus it may have had this problem all along. I've tried running it off my 30Ah battery and get the same result. I've also struck out on finding anybody who will work on these radios anymore. Any suggestions for troubleshooting or resolving would be greatly appreciated! Thank you DE N1XI

I have been told by a bunch of techs there are zero parts available for the 706. I have one and it just sits on the shelf.
