Hi All
The old cowboy needs a bit of help on this one . Can the Yaesu ft 2900R be set to this narrow band I would like to monitor the log trucks in the northern part of BC . Cdn. when I use the road with them , I do not wan't to kill my horses . The info below is from the BC Gov. new setup book

Channels are narrow band (NB), 11 kHz. Radios must therefore when programming, frequencies need to be set to NB, 11 kHz
(15 kHz channel spacing.) ......Thanks Boys

The 2900 does have a FM Narrow setting, but for listening that is not a requirement, you will be able to hear them just fine, they might sound a bit pinched but very readable

I set my 2900 radios to a 5khz tuning step so I dont jump past a signal I might want to listen in on
