Ok, cool, but here's a question.
I have heard of people "trimmimg coax to 50 Ohms." How on earth do you measure 50 Ohms if you are transmitting without blowing up your multi-meter? I doubt your average hobbyist owns a megger that will allow you to measure the resistance of a transmission line with 300 watts going through it.
