Can anyone tell me what the radios in the pictures are most commonly badged as in the USA?

The pictures show a European version I think, the Sommerkamp, and one of the Australian versions by Pearce-Simpson.

My own one is badged differently again.

I want to get a SAMS manual for it.

That would have been called a Pearce-Simpson here in the U.S. Not sure if that particular model ever made it to these shores though.

AFAIK Sommerkamp was the name that the European importer put on pretty much everything that was sold on that side of the pond. Except for minor cosmetic differences such as knobs they were basically the same.

Not sure, but I think a lot of the Robyn radios used the same basic chassi.

Good luck!

Sold as the Colt Black Shadow SSB here in division 2.
