RG8X v RG213

213 is a bit stiff for jumpers if there will be bends in the coax, I use it for my long runs on HF bands. I prefer larger coax for everything including jumpers because I use solder/crimp connectors. These type connectors work well on large coax but not as good on the RG8X size.

I do use RG8 to patch between all my components because it is more flexible for the larger coax and good for jumpers.
