L21 is the balance for each end of the channels. this one you have to be careful with if you are not familiar with reading a scope as of yet. it balances out the rf on the channels. put it on channel one and channel 40 the output will not be the same if you get this one out of alignment. trying to remember but if it gets out the left slug does the higher channels and the right slug does the upper for the balance of RF output. you can just barely turn one of these and the rf will drop drastically. on some of the older cobras they would have a piece of tape on them and say do not adjust. so be careful with this one. it will be a trial and error on your part.

The specs it gives look promising. If so; then good enough for CB work. Just not sure if it is calibrated, which would make a huge difference.

I use home made DDS generator and it is good enough.

Made the mistake of looking at this (THANKS), and I think it will cost me more than my xmas allowance by the time i get everything they have that I WANT! LOL
