Yeah, and there would be a line of cars behind the truck with their TV remote's trying to change the channel...
You may be able to see the road for miles, but in a country (Argentina) full of death-trap, 4 cylinder, econo-boxes, it'll STILL take the average driver a half-hour to get around the semi. 
They wouldn't need that if they hired truck drivers who didn't putz around making obstacles out of themselves.
