Sending Out Reception Reports

I've heard that when you send a reception report to other

countries that you should send International Reply Coupons

for the return postage but my post office doesn't sell them.

What do I do then????

Yes I think that is the only way, I have searched the USPS website and they do not list International reply coupons anymore.
