Which one are you referring to? I've got a couple of the dm-507's and they sound pretty good.
I've yet to try one on the Anytones but for the Ranger made radios they sound pretty good in a base environment.
Good elements in these cheaply built mics , they sound good ! as did the old Cobra coffin mic's , but they were built tough . In a pinch , these cheap mics will get the job done nicely.
