teaberry (t) command , speaker not lound anymore??

i have the teaberry t command , it was working great one night , then the next day i turned it on and i can barley hear anything out the speaker , even the static is very very low , got any idea's ????:confused:

tonight i tried to clean the board of with the proper cleaner from r/s , also sprayed into the knobs and twisted many times to clean in there,, also i hook another cb speaker to the the speaker in the radio , same sound level ..also the external speaker port puts out real low ,,, thanks in advance
