Who made this antenna?

I have a pair of these but don't know who made them. This one is slightly bent and will be straightened and polished. Also, what is the value on a pair of these with no whips, all cleaned up?

Most of these type of antennas are made by some guy in his garage so finding the actual mfg might be hard but I am sure someone on here will know.

Simichrome polish ftw! I traded a mobile install and some coax and ends for these! Sweet deal I must say. Now all I have to do is pull the wrap off the one, polish the coils, and find some whips.

Also, will the single coil whips from predator fit these? I need to order some up.
