I have a Wouxun KG-UV3D that I programed and now it transmits and receives off frequency. For example I manually enter the frequency of 146.520 it transmits around 121 Mhz. and is not stable. Any suggestions?

Don't get me wrong, I own several variants of the Chinese transceivers. Some work okay and others leave me wanting better performance but I did get what I paid for
Page 13 shows how to get back to the factory presets but I'm unsure if it resets the CPU:

Okay if anyone ever has this problem this is a rescue image file that can be retrieved from this site. http://tim-yvonne.com/ham/wouxun-memory/index.htm load it up on CHIRP and then down load it into your radio. Worked beautiful. As w9cll mentioned reset your CPU first. Thanks w9cll.
