Yaesu FTM-350R No 'Scan CTCSS' function?

Hi. I have had my FTM-350 a month + now and am liking it a lot. I am wondering though....can it not be made to scan the CTCSS from an incoming signal (if the repeater is xmitting it) so I can hear a repeater and set its PL? Do I have to do this manually by doing T-SEL and turning the knob?

All my Yaesu HTs can do thism why not the 350?

i knew the rig was missing something. found a few private repeaters and couldn't find the CTCSS scan function

One thing I can do since that feature is missing, is manually try each tone...until it opens the repeater lol

Or use your new android repeater app. Works great after the latest update. YMMV.
