The literature on CBTricks doesn't state power handling but here is a thread from 2016 where people are discussing it.

I had one back in the 90's and it handled an SB-220. I was keying 350 and peaking about 1400. I...
The C.B. Tune-Up Manual Volume 4 has the channel and clarifier mods for the model 934-38270700. Not sure if it's the same as yours. It has the SM5104 PLL.
If it does it with any mic, it may be the switching relay contact timing momentarily isn't unkeying one of the TX circuits before it switches into receive mode or conversely engaging a receive circuit before one of the TX circuits has completely disengaged.
Try popping the lid off of the relay...
No, not that I know of. I got the CD several years ago. It was sold at the time as a companion with a PP-1 module. I agree, it would be nice to have them all named.

I found it on the CBTricks 2995 parts list, it's a Ranger parts# EX06N41029. Googling/Duckduckgoing that number gets no hits other than It does show up on http://www.rrcom.com/radioparts/Ranger%20Price%20List%202.htm
It's there to minimize the impedance bump normally associated with connecting to a SO-239. It also acts like a feed through to minimize TVI. I've seen them before but you are right, no matter how many search term combinations I tried, I couldn't find one.
Pins 3 and 11 is the screen grid. I know on some of the Palomar tube mobile amps they put +12 volts on the screen grid to give the tubes a little more gain. They might have done the same on some of the 300A's to beef up the peak power a little on the driver section.
It especially helps if there...
