I use a 575 on my mobile. It matches up great to that radio. I used a Heil Goldline on it for years on my base. At the time, most couldn't tell the differences between it and my Vaillant.
True, combining two amps into one antenna would be more gain at that polarity. But they have to be perfected matched. And even then the efficiency of that kind of combinder is awful.
Besides you could have two completely different amps, power outputs. And the matching should be kids play.
Yea I know. I own several Lincolns, just thought these looked pretty good. I liked the analog meter and the overall look.
Was thinking of rolling the dice, the last President I bought was a complete piece of sh1t.
I'm sure I'm not the first person on the planet to ask.
Of course it ain't new...it old sh1t. And I'm sure digital phone modes have gotten better since I dicked with 'em 17 years ago.

Digital phone modes of operation are quite amazing. If not magical. The audio quality is far better then ssb,am,fm..but only at communication quality.

I...
Found this gem..a bargain at 1/2 the price.

He showed me his mobile DDRR antenna years ago...man does he get out. Pretty sure it doesn't have the gain of a 1/4 wave type. But what do I know. Call him, he loves to talk...and actually knows what he's talking about.
My friend has a commercial made 11m version we used as a "luggage rack"...
Love my AOR digital modem. Zero use on 11. But back in 2003 we had a bunch of guys messing with it. It's amazing the range of a stock 12watt ssb radio.
I don't think you'ld notice a difference on a radio meter. A field strength meter 50 yards out would be a better test. My money it's a cunt hair difference.
