11 meter is very quiet?

Been wondering how well ground wire would work here. Still building a breakover (#2), but a wire is easy, tho .
I've never considered a ground wire but after knowing the jamaican fella was running one it gets my curiosity. I once knew a guy that strung his double bazooka on the top of his picket fence and worked stations all over but being me I wouldn't get out to save my life. About like my typical fishing trips, not a catch when I'm all prepared.

Once heard a story of using barbed wire.
