11 meter is very quiet?

One hellacious train wreck on 11 meters, even above 40 on the hispanic superbowl.....

All BS aside, they even have their own spanish uno uno uno guy...... wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't heard it myself!
Usually, 38 is a rats nest of competing signals, and when it's like that, stations will move to 37 and sometimes 39. But lately, (besides 16), SSB has been busy on channels 33-40 from what I hear in SW of the Houston area (and just about anywhere you'd want to try above 40). The local channel finally simmers down and gets quiet after 9p.m. or so, although occasionally States in New England will break in, thinking we're local to his station as late as 10 or 11p.m. Crazy.... Crazy fun...

Conditions are pretty heavy again but I've been able to plow through the pile throughout the day.

Would sure be nice to cross signals with some of you wwdx family.

I've been way too busy working lately, but when I am on the air I'm often around 440 or 445 LSB, and sometimes 26.805FM. Occasionally 555 USB. Kinda depends which radio I have hooked up.....
In the late evening I sometimes drop down to 36 or 37 and talk to the Aussies.

I find the regular 40 pretty much intolerable at this point in the solar cycle. It's pretty much S9 of noise and trouble makers on every channel !!

Good evening, planning on being on the air tomorrow around 9am on 37 and 38 LSB and off and on throughout the day since I'll be home and not traveling, hope everyone has a great day tomorrow with family and friends and maybe I'll snag some good Thanksgiving DX if conditions cooperate .........

Tomorrow I'll be on again throughout the day, I'll find a quiet spot to sit on and let everyone know where I'm at. I'm sure hoping to cross paths with someone from the great wwdx.
Tried calling on 37 for a while for you, its a bee hive out there.

I appreciate you going on the search, conditions shifted and it did become a mess so tomorrow I'll try to find a quiet spot to sit and post here where it is. California was coming in hot later this evening so maybe the conditions will work!

Wasn't too much on the air today, ended up taking my 85 yr Dad to the hospital due to numbness in the leg,was up there for at least 5 hours, turns out he has Lyme disease, got him on med's and had a late thanksgiving dinner tonight, going to try to get on the air tonight if conditions are still holding, hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving

Good day, I have an Icom IC910H radio. I want to program a memory with split frequency tone on TX only and NO tone on RX,. Is this possible to do from the face of the radio? I don't have the interface to connect to a computer.

@Deon very unlikely to get a response here. You are better off starting a thread on the topic.
