Beware of superhawkwss6 on Ebay

Call it what you want. He bid and won a radio from Me.Shipped it back because he wanted to sell it for 600.00 more than he bought it for. Threatened to ruin my E-bay feedback. cost money to ship the radio and E-Bay fees. he paid olny to ship it back with a big scratch in the wood on the side of the radio. Didn't steal parts. with the amount of money he pays to E-Bay he can do no wrong. I complained 3 times E-Bay didn't even respond Who is more of a scumbag ebay or superhawks... Its a tie.

That's really weird about eBay. I've seen sellers with much more sales and positive feedback than him and 1 or 2 negative ones. Every time I've had an issue on eBay they have resolved it. Even when a seller sent me some scratched up sunglasses and wouldn't respond to me. eBay gave me a full refund.
In any case, he's got some pretty cool vintage items. Sorry you've had bad dealings with him.

1900 dollars, check the back panel out. I would hate to see what the inside looks like.

That seems like a fairly high price for a Dak. On the other-hand if someone wanted a Dak Mark X badly enough they may be willing to pay that much. I don't fault Superhawk for that. If someone is willing to pay that much for a radio then power to them. Whether or not Superhawk is taking advantage of unsuspecting buyers is an entirely different issue. Fortunately I would have to see or have first hand evidence before I would go condemning the man and I don't even know him. It seems like those that allegedly been taken advantage of should be the one posting here with their complaints and proof rather than always accepting second or third-hand information. I've learned a long time ago not to believe everything I read on the internet.

For those that are convinced that eBay is allowing this to happen and in a way contributing to the so called fraud, do you still do business on eBay? If so isn't that a little hypocritical?

The seller does not force you to buy anything. Even if it is non functioning its still up to the buyer to ask a lot of questions. This is why there is a limit to what I will spend on Ebay just for the the fact I can't see it before I buy.

If this guy is selling defective or fraudulent stuff then he should be reported to Ebay. If he has and they have done nothing well that's all you can do, eventually word of mouth will do him in.

He's been at this for over 10 years, and Ebay does nothing about it. Word has it he has a relative that works there, and that is why he maintains 100% positive feedback. All I'm doing is trying to spread the word to whoever I can in the hope that he doesn't rip anyone else off.

superhawkwss6 is a real piece of work. he buys and sells radio equiptment on ebay. this guy is a real scammer. He takes advantage of eBay's buyer protection rules and steals your item. He will bid on your item and win it and buy it. a week or so later after he receives it you get a notice from eBay or Paypal that he has initiated a significantly not as described case against you and before you can even reply to that he has escalalated to a claim. eBay and Paypal always side with him(as they do any buyer), and make you refund his money. then he sends back a box of junk, uasally a radio carcass. not the item you sent him. he has done this to numerous people. just go to eBay and check his feedback. many have complained to eBay about what he has done and even submitted pictures of the item he was supposed to have sent back to them which exactly matches identical items he has for sale, right down to the marks and scratches yet eBay will do nothing about him. he always says that the seller has baited and switched him but how can one person be baited and switched so many times. He has 100% positive feedback but the reason for this is you cant give a buyer negative feedback on ebay. just go into his feedback and search the feedback he has left for others and you will find the people he has screwed. he goes by superhawkwss6 on eBay. his name is Chris Pasquinelli and lives in Ft Washington Maryland. he operates a radio shop called turbo electronics
thanks

I have said for a number of years "That On Ebay A Fool And His Money Are Soon Parted". Too many scammers and crooks sell and buy there and Ebay has yet to do one Damn thing about it. I have a deep hatred toward Ebay and have never had a account with them.....My hatred comes from when my mother died she had a account. Needless to say it was almost 5 years to the day that the problem was settled.

I got burned twice on Ebay. One guy delayed shipment to me for various lame reasons. That should have tipped me off. When the radio eventually arrived, the PLL was shot. I think he knew it was broken and delayed shipment so that he'd have my money with little to no time for me to stop payment.

The second scam worked pretty much the same way on a broken TRC457.

Too many scammers. Too little enforcement
