I heard he has Ebay change the feedback and pays them for it.. I have also been told he threatens to sue people that leave him back feedback.

I would love to leave him a "bad feedback" just to see if that's true or not...Problem is, there's nothing he has for sale, that I could afford to buy so I could leave a feedback!

Old thread, same tricks. Just read a post on Facebook, same guy burned someone out of $1200.00 8 months ago. The guy messed up shipping FedEx no signature, of course the scammer denied receiving the package and got a full refund. Apparently, now the scammer has the same radio up for sale on eBay for $1800.00. Seller beware.

Don't know what the minimum loss is to be taken seriously, but that just may qualify for wire fraud.

I own a DAK X that a local friend purchased from this Thief.I helped him get a full refund from PayPal because I was able to show him the lies in the ad from what the radio & microphone were when they arrived.Not only did my friend get the money back he was allowed to keep the DAK X as well.I purchased it from my friend later & may get it repaired if it is repairable.It does not even come on right now because it is missing some parts including the transmitter tubes & a few other parts.I have not had it checked but I will & it may just be a parts radio for the MINT DAK X that I already own.I was o happy when my friend beat the snake at his own game.

He burned me once. Filed PayPal claim and won all but return shipping (4 yrs ago). He put $20 bucks in my PayPal account and sent me a feedback revision about two monthes later. I denied his paymet and left the neg feeedback intact.

I know this is an old thread but I & two friends have several radios that we purchased from Radio-Mart which is Martin & they all work great.I purchased a Brand new TYT TH-9000 (220 mhz) mobile from him in Dayton at Hamvention in 2013 & it had some programming issues a couple of months later.I contacted him & he ask me to return it to him & he sent me a new one & they crossed in the mail.I still have it setup in my shack today & use it every day.The other items were New Baofeng 144/220 mhz HTs & we all still use them as well.I purchased one more radio thru the mail from him but I can't remember what it was so I don't know if I still have it.I saw lots of complaints against him but I had 100% success with everything I purchased as did my friends who went to Dayton with me.He sold a lot of gear at that Hamvention that year.
