actually you are wrong it is very real 100%

And this is where things get dicey. I or anyone else can post anything they want and swear up and down it is true even if it is not. Posting links from a news story or an arrest order is beyond proof of legitimacy. What I am saying is that acting on something with undisputed truth in the legal sense is different than someone simply saying it is true. It may very well be true however there is no proof beyond someone saying it is and that is the difference between posting the truth and lible.

And here comes the question that if an individual is found not guilty did the crime not really happen? pretty sure this is not a witch hunt.

There is a difference between being found not guilty (acquitted) and being found innocent believe it or not.One says you did NOT do it. It never happened. The other says there was simply mot enough evidence beyond a doubt to convict.

A Carlisle man told investigators he did not believe what he was downloading constituted as child pornography, but he now faces more than 30 felony charges for what investigators found on his computer, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

David Timothy Bupp, 46, was charged Friday with eight felony counts of disseminating child pornography, 25 felony counts of possession of child pornography and one felony count of criminal use of a communications facility following an investigation that uncovered more than 70 files of suspected child pornography on Bupp’s computer, according to court records.

Investigators were first alerted to Bupp while searching file-sharing programs in September, an affidavit of probable cause signed by the Attorney General’s Office stated.

During the investigation, eight images depicting nude girls as young as 7 years old were downloaded by investigators from Bupp’s computer, according to an affidavit.

A search warrant was executed on Bupp’s home in November, and 78 files of suspected child pornography were found on his computer, according the Attorney General’s Office.

When questioned, Bupp told authorities that he was “not a fan of child pornography” and only believed it was considered child pornography if it showed a sex act between an adult and a child, the affidavit stated.

Bupp was arraigned Friday and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. July 6 in front of Magisterial District Judge Paula Correal

This is the fourth time this same info has been posted or linked too and the third time one individual has posted it himself. Nothing new here folks. I think it is perhaps time to move on. This thread has long outlived its usefulness.
