VHP= very high pile???

I dont care much for the blue lights. SSB on my buddy's 95t2 was decent until she got warmed up, then she would drift all over the place. I am sure this one would be the same way, I bet she's loud on am though.

My galaxy 95t2 perform 200 watt on ssb but the frequency is driftring a lot.I dont like at all.But i have mail to galaxy support and asked why my radio is drifting.And they answer was this normal when the radio i used for a longer tx used.

well looks like a nice radio.but can ya imagine the powersupply
ya need to power that monster on a base setup.
or even in a mobile sitation well say a 75amp alt will that
actully handle a radio like that plus things nessary in
vehicle for dring such as defrosters fanblower headlights.

We're talking 8 mosfets here buddy, not 8 2879's! lol This radio will probably draw no more than a texas star 250, maybe 22-25 amps.

Seems like a nice rig, But when is Galaxy going to get rid of those useless 5-digit frequency counters? A 6-digit frequency counter would be nice.

They don't want you to see them drift 8)

i dont think a 25amp will hardly do it .that what a rii2970 calls for in its owners manual and thats only 100-150
watts lol.30-35 to me sounds much more efficient
