I'd suggest researching to get the right through-roof mount if you go that route, IMO Sirio's site and catalogue are kinda vague as to what mount fits which antenna.
they are so239-UHF-PL259

Sirio Mag145PL is the one to go for, PL tells it accepts antennas with a pl259 base, Mag base has so239 socket, can also be used on sirios 2/70 range too.
You can also buy a Sirio S0239 - 3/8 adaptor that fits the mag base perfect, which between them will allow you to mount 90 % of cb/ham antennas, coax on Mag145PL was Mil-c-17f last time bought one and M17/28 when my mate got a later one, so proper mil spec rg58.
Both the HP 4000 and Megawatt 4000 fold above coil too, they are supplied with a two prong security key, but no chance of it working loose once tightened, and allows you to mount coil horizontal and keep whip vertical or at any intermediate angle. Both work superbly well, put a 100w through them and they'll hit anywhere on earth, saying that I worked Oz on 18w with one of the hp4000's from a hill in quite lean times, lost the guy but still made the trip with a barefoot Jackson.
All 3 sirio's are fantastic antennas, you'd be hard pushed seperating them performance wise, probably most efficient useable mobile antenna there is, sure the 1/4 wave whip has a slight edge static mobile, but actual mobile its more likely to rip your roof off, I've never seen a hp4000 or megawatt with mag 145pl come off at 80 mph, even the infamous avanti av261m which its modelled on couldn't achieve that, seen them come off twice at less speed.
Only down side is max power handling is about 300w, well below the 3kw sirio used to claim, but then rg58 ain't gonny handle much more anyway, if you want the best practible mobile antenna in the world for 11m the 4/5000 series are the ones to go for, any of them.
Sadly no audio gain , but about 100,000 Europeans will testify it is as good as it gets mobile wise, unless you drive a sherman and it can take a 1/4 wave whip. Wouldn't go dx'ing with anything else, hp/megawatt 4000 is my first and only choice, and if I carry a back up will be another one.
A true classic.
It's been said a couple times already, but you will be hard pressed to tell the difference.
Thanks guys.. Whats the difference between the 5000 and the 4000 performance wise? Not looks....
I just pulled the lever on the 4000 high power and the mag mount. Now I have to swap the coax out... I guess get the same? I need 18-20'
