President Lincoln 2 mic options??

The liberty mike is the one I want. I’ve only seen one advertised and it is sold overseas. It has channel up down and speaker inside. Also works in mobile .

The wireless President Liberty Microphone was announced 08/2020 going out of production. (Compatible with all six-pin Prez radios)

Highly similar to the Uniden bc906w wireless. But not identical (frequency & circuitry differ).

Details on other threads.

Uniden BC645 4-pin microphone mated with the Uniden BWZG1889001 6-pin to 4-pin adapter works very good on my Lincoln 2+. It's an electret condenser microphone with 1,000 ohm impedance. Mic has a good solid feel in the hand. The housing is made of a durable ABS plastic.

I've tried no less than 6 different mics including a D104M6B, RD104E, SR-198 636L, as well as numerous other microphones and found the original stock Mic to have the highest output according to a modulation meter and scope.
Really?

So wants the final verdict ? Does the stock mic sound the best? I’m using a my skythumper on mine . Reports are great , however once in awhile my channel backs down 1 all by itself.

Friend of mine said mine sounded best with the Uniden BC645, and it does not jump back one channel with that mic, but you lose the channel buttons.

Stock mic definitely has good modulation. It's the dang puff sounds that ruin it. Have to talk across it, and then I still hear the puff sounds every now and then when I use talkback for tests.

I hate that as well
