Thanks, and yes, they were great rigs back in the heyday! Well this one does look nice, and werks great --- but the clock mech (which would be out-of-frame) is totally missing. I took it out to repair it, and then it mysteriously 'disappeared'. The 13-898B was my first "real plug-in" base station rig. I had a PAL model "E" VFO and Turner +3 hooked up to it (not this same one), and even talked to Australia on 12W PEP.That's a nice looking Midland sitting there.
