. . a 90-degree microphone cord adapter is a handy addition where that cord has to make a constant flexed turn if the radio is directly above the mic as used.

Most big trucks mount the radio in the overhead, so any mic jack location COULD benefit. Otherwise use strain relief.

My radio is center-mount overhead, but the mic cord is already towards the drivers hand, so a zip tie attached to the shelf works to “locate” that cord in conjunction with a GEARKEEPER.

Ah yes, the Right-angle Electron Spinner injector -

A special reversed faceplate is available for those folks south of the Equator to operate their radios upside-down and preserve correct electron-spin.
