There may be hope for tomorrow... (y)
I'm actually hoping for a good weekend of radio. We're expecting light rain, on and off until Monday. It would be great if conditions would cooperate with my plans!! Haha...

I heard you about 6-hours ago. You said that you just got on and was letting your radio warm up! I am in Alexandria, VA. What were you talking on? Your setup? My weak reply was “Washington DC Station-standing by”.

We were between thunderstorms so I only had about 20 minutes of talk time at the most, so my radio was cold. It needs at least 10 minutes. I think I heard you. The station I was talking to was rg632 in Maryland, up on 38. Conditions for me were extremely quick. A station would come in good and was gone in 10 to 15 seconds. It seems like the east coast guys, such as yourself were having great conditions.

I was on my Galaxy DX 2547. 1 Watt through a kl203, making around 160 or there about. Matched with an antron a99 34 feet up. I should have turned the Washington on. My oldest radio and needs no time to warm up. Isn't that just crazy??

So cool. I need to find my old call sign and stuff in the attic that’s why I identified that way. The conditions for me are yet to be determined given the state of my radio. Will be listening for you and others on LSB 16, 28, 38 QSX

I'm hoping to fire up the Ranger after work today, hopefully the conditions will be good, Right now the only thing I'm firing up at the moment is Fresh cooked French Fries at Five Guys where I work at,on my Lunch break at the moment, hope all of my Radio Friends have a great weekend ahead!!
