No problem paying with the bankcard or credit card.
But i always have cash on me, and an amount of cash in the gun vault as well.
The rest of the avings is on my savings account and gets upped every month with left over pension money
on average 3 to 4 grand a year.
When it tops 10 grand it is time to buy a new toy like the FT 991A ;)

Most folks up here in the Holler use cash. They don't trust the card, and what information is circulated.
I try not to buy gun related stuff with the plastic. Buy a case of ammo with plastic? Horror of horrors!
Yep We take Gold Silver and Lead for More Bullets . Trade Food and Jokes.

Story on the news a while back says that a LOT of businesses are asking for non-cash payments due to not wanting to handle cash during the pandemic however the big reason is that there is a definite lack of change in circulation at the moment. More people are buying online and picking up or having it shipped. Some businesses taking cash have been advising customers that exact change may not be given back and that rounding may occur. In any event there is NO legal requirement for ANY business to be forced to take cash for payment despite what may be printed on it. That simply notes that it IS a FORM of legal tender........not a mandatory form of it.

Considering Walmart probably has the largest customer base without bank accounts and plastic, this should hit them right in the bottom line enough to prevent others from denying the most universal form of payment available. If it's China Virus related and only temporary, than it's understandable. But, I'll assume it's not and they will try to make it a full time policy that will be costly for them. They already took a major hit in CT by banning all bags. It was promptly noticed that customers tend to buy less when bags are not available.

Cash is dirty. I like cash too but this may be its end along with the traditional school house. LA and San Diego will conduct online schools only this fall.
All part of the plan to cause as much destruction to the economy as possible. How do parents go to work when they basically have to home school their kids? We pay taxes to support in school classes, if that stops, I also want a tax refund immediately.
