I have given him time since he received the radio way back in October of 2016. I think 17 months is definitely plenty of time.give him time hes backed up as he stated in the videos he had a week off restocking his inventory.
Trust me, it was sent to the right place and he is obviously (in this case) very bad with turnaround time.Hope you send it to the right place as hes pretty good with time.
