In appearance it looks a lot like this guy the 8900. I remember the maxlog radios, the 8800 was just like the Magnum 1 which I should have kept.

Buying direct from the company, there is a two unit minimum plus $85 shipping. I found the company on Alibaba and the price was a lot better.
