Agreed.

My cousin owns the Olde West Gun and Loan in Redding, Ca. I haven't been there since 1977.

That picture kinda looks like part of their store. It isn't is it?

I remember one side had a shit load of military style guns. He had a massive rare gun collection. Quite a few famous people bought and sold rare guns there.

I was always in awe whenever I was in there, especially in the back room where the most valuable guns were.

Yes, now is a very good time to tell the government what firearms you possess.

The government can see a lot of firearms that people have, just by going to the many forums that deal with hunting and shooting. There are tons of photo's from guys and gals of their collections. No one has ever been bothered by the government because of the pictures posted, not that I am aware of away.

Here's a couple........

I have no idea where that picture is from. It first hit the net when Charlton Heston died. People said it was his collection.

I sure like that Remington.

Maybe some of my fellow drivers can help out here. I haven't been on the east coast since 2000, but there used to be a truck stop on I think I-95 or maybe I-81 in Virginia that had a big collection on display. A few Thompson sub-machine guns, and some Nazi relics.

There is also Sierra Sids truck stop in Reno, NV that has a large collection on display.

Welcome to Sierra Sids Casino Sparks Nevada

I like the back room idea...lol

I still see guys riding every so often. That's a little too hard core for me. I'll ride if its in the 50's. Supposed to be 54 on Saturday. I may take a ride or just use the day to install 4 inch risers and Rush slip ons.

I used to take a rm400 dirt bike I had and horse around with it in the snow for fun...but my street bikes stay tucked away until the white stuff goes away. :)

These guys are just playing, but I used to race there in the winter, in the early to mid 70's. Fun as hell. Had an old Penton 125 and Hodaka Super Combat MX125.

Large lake, but not very deep.

If the government believes everything they see on the internet then you are a lot worse off than anyone ever suspected.Show all you want, keep it well secured, and claim it was all a lie meant to impress your fellow interneters. :D I could copy and paste and claim it was my own handgun (restricted here) and full auto (prohibited here) collection but I don't think I have to worry about the government sending a raiding party to my house any time soon. Granted that would be pretty rare to do on a specialty forum like a gun owners site but it certainly could (and probably has) happen.
