Loaded 1/4 wave on 10 and 11 with a 5 element yagi on 2 meters? Looks like two mono band antennas combined to make a dual bander. Since I see no feedline on the 2 meter yagi, I assume it's parasitically excited by the harmonics coming off the HF element.
