Hey, I'm trying to get this microphone working with the radio. After I moved the slide switch beneath the stand, it would key the radio but no audio, just a hum...
I don't find a schematic for this microphone to connect to a cobra 4-pin. Any pointers would be much appreciated!

Thanks too many! It was wired correctly but I introduced another problem with the mic connector. :) one of the conductors got broken at the audio pin on the 4pin. Back working now!
I took the base off this mic to clean the contacts and the yellow wire came off the element side where the pot goes into it. Can anyone tell me where this wire connects? There is a CAP that measures 6.5uf connected to the middle pin of the pot. I tried putting it on either side of that cap and...
Audio an frquency stability are improved. The talkback has been improved to reject the feedback from the microphone as well. I can turn the TB all the way up and no squeal at all. Getting good reports across the country with no amp and out of the box power..

Went right to 38LSB and tested it. Got replies immediately Dallas-Chicago. He said it sounded great.
that's going to be problematic since the radio will need to be de=tuned to run most amps in the 100-400w range. Above that it's a whole new power distribution system for your vehicle. Just run it like it is. You'll be happier in the long run.

The Maco has several critical measurements for SWR. You will never get them set by adjusting only the vertical.
look at the last picture. It has the part number and the seller. These work for all the RM Italy amps. Any larger gauge and they wont fit inside the holes.

Here's how I cleaned up my DC input power. Seems the pin terminals hold the connection better and less danger of shorting since these connections are so close. I tried solder on bare copper, but they still came loose eventuality.
