Pennsylvania is doing a blood test to check for antibodies. If you already had it and recovered, you can go back to work. Here mentally is wrong because if it is stopped, then everyone doesn't have to get it. And won't ever get it. How many people do you know that had SARS?

I would suggest we do what the doctors recommend and stop listening to people whose entire career is based on politics. Right now we are just approaching the peak of the outbreak in the US, and hospitals are overwhelmed.
You develop immunity by surviving the disease when you do catch it, and the way you maximize your chances of surviving it is to postpone it until the medical establishment has a chance to catch up.

If you listen to just the doctors they would have you quarantine until a treatment or vaccine is developed, we don't have that time.

As for politics being involved, The Democrats with the help of the MSM have politicized this pandemic from day 1.

I agree on the concern of the hospitals being overwhelmed but with the correct strategy I believe it is manageable.

A decision will have to be made soon about the future of America, do we try to
open some of the country knowing there may be more infections and possible
deaths, or do we continue the lock down and risk the possibility of destroying
this economy and not having a country to start back up.

Oh? Can you cite a published consensus by medical professionals recommending that we quarantine until a vaccine is developed and tested, or did you just read that on another political opinion site?

What's your point? Are you assuming I'm a Democrat? If so, you couldn't be further from the truth. I agree that the Democrats and the MSM have politicized it from day one. And the Republican talking heads, instead of trying to inject some reality, have been responding with a complete kneejerk reaction in the opposite direction since 5 minutes later. There is idiocy on both sides.
A lot of the R talking heads are downplaying the danger, and quite a few of them claim it is largely a hoax. Meanwhile a large percentage of the D's are trying to find a way to blame everything on Trump and get their guy in.

I advocate ignoring both of those factions and trying to find the reality. You don't find reality on national TV, nor talk radio, nor political "news" websites of either stripe.
I personally know quite a few medical professionals. I'm listening to them. I'm also reading research papers on the subject by other medical professionals. I'm not listening to anyone who makes their living by running their mouth, regardless of their political affiliation. I don't take financial advice from them, either.

Here's the RI count , 2349 confirmed cases & 56 Dead . As sad as it is Iv'e been keeping track . The biggest jump so far was as of this morning 334 cases over night !
