Here's the RI count , 2349 confirmed cases & 56 Dead . As sad as it is Iv'e been keeping track . The biggest jump so far was as of this morning 334 cases over night !Just my 2 cents , but leave Politic's out of this " Big Brother Up North " is watching !
Only when it becomes nasty and personal aka member against member. There are PLENTY of political comments on this forum.

Haven’t you all figured out that this is SOP in all aspects of American life?
1). Numbers that aren’t true (but presented as such).
2). A backdoor to escape liability for same.
3). All costs pushed to your side of the table. Sorry, scraps slopped to a bowl on the floor.

That is why USA health care is so corrupt. It's all about the money and fuck the patients that have none. Believe me we have our issues too in the form of longer wait times but the service is great and money is not the driving force behind the quality of care you receive. If anything we waste money. Both of our countries need a major overhaul of health care.

Here we go again......LOL. Plenty of those Canadians come down here in the winter months, soak up the warmth, and get their needed health care and surgeries here in the USA. Why? Because they can't get them in Canada! They buy health insurance policies and get the surgery done while they are still alive. I know it must be disgusting to you to have to wait so long and endure the pain; while a politician, not a Doctor, not yourself either, decides what "you" need or don't need.
Man, been through couple knee surgeries. Fortunately, not the replacement. Mom had her hip replaced years ago. Friend had both his knees replaced. Another just had the fourth surgery for collapsing vein in calf. If he had been in Canada, the amputation would have been performed. Yes, that was discussed by his doctor.
Our health care system was high, then the socialists implemented an oxy moron...."affordable health care, ACA Act. Premiums went five fold, deductibles are so high it's not worth buying the insurance, then they say it's mandated that you buy or you get a fine. A tax if you will, for not having insurance which you can't afford. Now that's real smart, ain't it? All because the "socialists" wanted another tentacle into individual lives, and actually used as a ploy, the Canadian Health Care System to lure the sheep. It might have been high, but when socialized medicine was forced, it proved not cost effective.
Now we pay even more! With more wasted money........
