New President Washington Mobile Radio?

Just bought one from NWelectronis for $289US which I fine pretty reasonable as everyone else is selling for $389US, cant wait to see how it compares with the at-6666 pro.
President dealers will be interested to know this. Hopefully they are a legitimate seller. Smells fishy too me. The extra $100 over a quad 6 gives you wonderful warranty support. I have seen many a customer get a brand new radio from president even after warranty was over.

Well yeah the price seamed great that's why I jumped on it. Moonraker is the next cheapest I could find at $349US it was $315US shipped to Canada. Mabey someone put up wrong price and they just honored it?

I sense another CB crap with catchy name and no service manual.
you got that chit right. expensive radio no manual and certain ham radios come with no mounting bracket

There is a service manual, with full schematic and part layout/ list. Any president dealer will have no trouble obtaining it. Now finding a service manual for the quad 6 pro may be more difficult.

Haha.im liking what i see but if no manual they can keep it .
Had my share o yaesu and icom radios with a huge sheet o heavy paper folded like a road map(opps some say road map) and tells you bare basics.
So if your like me no printer its go to liebrary and pay 2 bits a page for manual download

This radio (and even the FCC version) are about the size I'm looking for. Currently running a President Ronald, but really want SSB again. This radio looks like it has what I'm looking for in a a size that works. Though, in reality, I should just finally get my Kenwood TS-480SAT installed, instead. :D

This is what the president fan kits look like in case you haven't seen them yet. To my surprise it's only one fan per kit.

Yeah, they give you the option to install 1 or 2 fans. You can see the 12 holes on the heatsink, and 3 slots in the chassis depending on where you mount the fan(s). I see those are 40x20mm fans, I might want to try some 40x10mm fans so the radio doesn't get too much longer.
