    predator 10k warranty

I haven't talked with him in months, so not sure what to tell ya...Could be he's just taking a break and not responding to business calls, or could be he's just swamped... But that's the only number I can give out to contact him about warranty work or anything else related to Predator antennas.

    Kale Cavel "Cowtown Kid" *update*

Only way to contact Kale is by calling his number listed on the antennas shaft (817-790-6239) He seldom looks at his emails or messages, and it's been years since he got on any of the Forums...Best thing I can tell ya is to call his phone number, and if no answer leave a short message and your...

    predator 10 k????

Kale is still building for now...But you never know when he's going to hang it up and retire...Guy is like 84 years old now, personally I don't see how he still does it...Another good place to get the Predator 10K's and parts is "Clays Radio Shop"...Kale keeps him well stocked in spare parts...

    Check out this tower

Loved the antenna...Made lot's of contacts across the pond, from Ireland, to Germany, and quite a few down around Australia...since I replaced it with the MaCo Shooting Star, I have made -=ZERO=- contacts across the pond... Now I know part of that reason is probably just a Mother Nature deal...

    Check out this tower

I have a Universal free standing tower that I have my MaCo Shooting Star mounted on, it's a 40' tower and has a wind load rating of just 4.5...But, I added guy wires mounted to the rotor plate which greatly improved the wind load rating...No idea by how much, but the tower has been up since...

How does Motormouth Maul get away with it?

How does Motormouth Maul get away with it?

To each their own again.... See, that's what I like about CB Radio...It's like the "Wild-Wild-West"...nothing too formal, just for the most part people having fun on the radio...I do agree there's plenty of CB Rambo's still around, and more than a few stations that trash the airway's with over...

How does Motormouth Maul get away with it?

I've never heard him sound bad either...always sounded pretty good mater-a-fact...There's a few other guys over on the East-side that sound similar, figure because they are using some sort of synthesisers and studio quality Mic's to get that FM Stereo Station sound like MMM uses... To each...

How does Motormouth Maul get away with it?

according to what he posted on fb back when he was still putting the new antenna together, he said 96'...this was back in 2016...He posted earlier this year he was going to lengthen it to 108'...now weather or not he did that, I don't know... I was wrong about the weight tho...The antenna is...

Jo Gunn 8+8 "Killer Star" Gizmotchy Style.

Jo Gunns are built like a tank...and weigh just about as much as a tank! (cost about as much as a good used Tank too) Gizmatchy's are light weight, cost less, but don't like high winds...local here had a 6 element that would drop elements everytime a strong thunderstorm rolled threw...But he...

    Astatic mic

It's partly the switch, and partly the cheap plastic case that makes that noise...I've had two of them, and both were like that...would not have another one...The old Turner 60's and 70's had better cases and don't have that problem if you can find one...The RF Limited Extreme 2018's also much...

Anyone work on tube amps in the Houston area?

If your willing to do a short road-trip, Mike Kilgore in South Fort Worth off I-20 works on Tubers...I've had to take my Palomar 300A and Kicker 500 to him a few times...As long as it's nothing major wrong with the amp, usually Mike only charges $30 to fix minor problems....wont charge you extra...

    Mobile Another Stargun Sucker

Actually, I think his are called "Striker Antennas"...The guy posting the pictures just spelled it the same way Stryker Radios is spelled...Think the builder has a CB Shop in Oklahoma.
