About the same here and if I get lucky and hear something when I call out on the base or mobile I get no answer. Frustration+I removed the radio from the car when temps started soaring around here but today it's back in for the weekend. I've tried calling cq and get nothing, nothing but static in the receiver as well.
Nothing but crickets here....I'm on right now, made a few contacts to the east of me. New jersey, new york, pennsylvania, etc. But I'm bouncing between 36 and 40, with an occasional 16 if anyone's on.
I got her going full bore right now. Going to yell at youNothing but crickets here....
